• There are 4 main races living in Sri Lanka. They are Sinhalese, Tamils,Muslims and Burgers.
• The first president of Sri Lanka is William Gopallawa.
• Sri Jayawardhanapura Kotte is the capitol of Sri Lanka.
• The highest mountain in Sri Lanka is Piduruthalala and longest river is Mahaweli
